In this post we want to talk about Clan War Leagues (CWL) and give you some tips and fact about it. This feature is firstly added on October 2018. In Clan War Leagues 8 Different Clans with similar War League Rank will fight against each other during 7 days Check introduction video below:

Clan War Leagues Sign-up Process:

CWL happens once every month. When the sign-up period starts, the leader or Co-leaders of your Clan have 2 days to choose the members and sign-up your Clan in the League. Leaders can choose to start Leagues 15vs15 or 30vs30 but can choose a group of more than 30 players to participate in the league.

Clan War Leagues

Clans that do not sign up for the War Leagues can play regular Clan Wars and Friendly Wars during the War League period.

Clan War Leagues Matchmaking:

The matchmaking only depends on the current clan’s League Rank, not players. 

  • Tip: Clans that sign up for the first time will automatically join a specific league based on the strength of the top 15 or 30 players in the Clan.

Clan War Leagues Event:

The whole League event lasts a total of 8 days, with the first day being a preparation day followed by seven 24-hour wars. When a preparation day ends, the battle day for a war begins. At the same time, a new preparation day for the next war begins. A schedule for the War Leagues is like below:

  • Day 1: preparation day for the first war;
  • Day 2: preparation day for the second war, and battle day for the first war;
  • Day 3: preparation day for the 3rd war, and battle day for the second war;
  • …
  • And so on, until Day 8

During each battle day in the War League, each player can only attack once. This is different from regular Clan Wars, where players can attack twice.

CWL Results:

Clan Promotion or demotion:

When the Clan War Leagues end, each clan will either remain in their own league, get promoted to the next higher league, or get demoted to the next lower league, based on their rank among other. The number of clans promoted or demoted depends on the current League of the clan. Checkout table below:

League Medals:

At the end of the Clan War Leagues each participant will receive a specific amount of Medals depends on stars earned in CWL and Clan War League Rank.

You will receive the maximum reward if you earn 8 or more stars during the event. Check table below that shows the percentage of League Medals you will get based on how many Stars you have earned:

For example if your clan is in Master 1 League and at the end of the League, takes 3rd place and you earned 5 stars in the CWL, you will receive: 370*0/70=259 Medals

  • Tip: If a participant did not earn any star or didn’t attack at all in Clan War League, still would get a few League Medals means 20% of total. So, we recommend to sign-up all members of your clan, even if some members will not participate in the actual wars.

Extra Bonus:

There is still another way to obtain more Medals on Clan War Leagues, “Extra Bonus”. At the end of the War League, the leader or Co-leaders can choose to award bonuses of League Medals to 8 participants. The number of League Medals on each bonus are based only on your League vary from 35 to 105 Medals
