How and when will I receive my clash of clans account?

If you entered an incorrect email address on the checkout page, contact our support team. First, we will verify your order and payment, then we will resend your account login details to the correct email address.

At this time, we accept Credit Cards and Cryptocurrencies from customers all over the world. The only exception is that our American customers should change their ip address using a Vpn to be able to pay with their credit cards because our credit card payment processor may not accept USA ip addresses, but this is not the case for payments with Cryptocurrency and everyone can use it. Simply by opening the game and choosing Settings -> Additional Settings -> Change Nickname. You will have a chance to change your nickname for free or with gems. It depends on the account!
