Buy-Clash Refund and Replacement Policy
1. General Eligibility
Buy-Clash.com offers a Lifetime Warranty on all Clash of Clans accounts. If you experience any legitimate issue with your purchased account — such as login failure, account lock or ban, or recovery by a previous owner — at any time, we will first investigate the cause and attempt to fix the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide an equivalent replacement account at the same Town Hall level, or a better one, depending on availability.
2. Replacement Conditions
Eligible Situations
- You are unable to log in despite following the instructions correctly.
- Your account gets locked or banned by Supercell.
(By carefully following the simple instructions we send alongside the account login information, the risk of your account being locked or banned is close to zero.) - The previous owner regains access to the account.
(This is almost impossible with the accounts we sell, but we include this condition for customer assurance.)
Our Solution
We will investigate the cause and attempt to fix the issue. For example:
- If you lose access to the Gmail account due to forgotten credentials, we will help you recover it or provide the original login information we have.
- If your account gets locked, we will contact the previous owner to obtain the critical information required to unlock the account.
If the issue cannot be resolved, we will supply a same-level replacement account or a better one, depending on your preference and availability.
3. Exclusions from Replacement
- If you contact Supercell Support directly and Supercell locks or bans your account permanently, the Lifetime Warranty is void.
(In case Supercell locks the account, we will assist you in unlocking it, but no replacement will be provided.) - Sharing the Clash of Clans account with family, friends, or third parties, or any misuse of account details that results in the account being locked or banned, qualifies as buyer negligence, and no replacement will be offered.
- Losing access to the Gmail account due to forgotten login information, lost Gmail credentials, or passwords that you personally changed and forgot is not covered under the warranty. We will attempt to assist you with recovering access to the Gmail account. However, please note that this specific issue does not qualify for a replacement account because we deliver each account linked to a fully secured Gmail account, and it is the customer’s responsibility to keep their Gmail login information safe.
4. How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement:
- Contact our Live Support team (available from 05:00–23:00 UTC) or email us at support@buy-clash.com.
- Provide the following information:
- Your order ID and email address.
- Specific account details (Town Hall level, Gmail address used, etc.).
- Our support team will evaluate your case promptly. If validated, we will provide a replacement account.
5. Replacement Delivery Time
If no immediate replacement Clash of Clans account is available, it may take up to 72 hours to locate a similar account and provide login details.
If a replacement account is immediately available, it will be delivered as quickly as the original order — usually via email, within minutes of approval.
